Streamlining your Field and Service Work Increases your Job profit

Axiapac provides key information to the right person when it is required, right from the time of booking the job, customer account, relevant contacts, previous history, site details, preferred / banned technicians, available technicians, technicians with the skills required to do this type of job and specific client charge out rates are all available.

 

Work required, special instructions and method of payment can be recorded, parts required identified, stock in vehicles checked and this information can then be dispatched electronically/wirelessly, so when the technician attends site they are fully prepared and ready to work.

 

At any time the status of all jobs can be viewed on the Job Schedule in calendar format by the service department, with suitable colour coding, showing which technicians are working on which jobs, the priority·of these jobs, the location of these jobs and how the job is progressing.

 

As things change on the job, the schedule can be automatically updated by the field technician, including rescheduling site visits, flagging that the job requires parts to be ordered or the job has now been completed/send me the next job.

 

On completion of the job, using various electronic and wireless methods including remote desktop devices, SMS, Colleagues Information Solutions digital pens or Navman Wireless solution, timesheets can be automatically and accurately updated, materials used on the job recorded, prices checked against the pricebook, stock levels updated, and the client invoiced, using client specific pricing if applicable.
